At Goldsmiths Bullion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and options.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it at customers cost unless item is faulty.
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Precious metals (gold, silver, platinum bullion) due to market price fluctuations
Custom or personalised items
Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Funds will be returned to your original payment method

Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

Defective
Damaged upon arrival

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit
