Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
- Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day
- During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We use trusted UK delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely.
United Kingdom:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed – Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery method
- Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions
Insurance & Security
Due to the high value of bullion products:
- All orders are shipped using tracked and Signed.
- High-value orders may require additional insurance at a higher cost
- We may use discreet packaging for security purposes
Risk & Responsibility
- Responsibility for the order passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery confirmation
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
We are not liable for delays outside of our control but will assist in tracking your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
If your order is missing or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at goldsmithsbullion@gmail.com
- Provide your order number and any relevant photos
We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue where appropriate.
International Shipping
- We currently do not ship internationally
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Delivery times vary depending on destination
Incorrect Address
- If you provide an incorrect address, please contact us immediately
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
